  1. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  2. Line the bowl with baking paper and set the fillet on top (it can be cooked whole or portioned into 4 pieces).
  3. In a food processor, chop the pistachios. Oil the upper part of the fish, season with salt (just a little because the pistachios are already salty) and cover with the chopped pistachios.
  4. Close the lid, set the thermostat dial to position 3, press the bottom heating element button and press the on/off button. Cook for 25 min.


  • Salmon fillet: 600 gr
  • Pistachios: 50 gr
  • Olive oil: lev 2
  • Salt: to taste
