  1. First prepare the ingredients. Make the ragù (see the ragù recipe), prepare the Béchamel sauce and cook the pasta al dente. Once the pasta is cooked, season with the ragù and 3/4 of the Béchamel sauce.
  2. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  3. Pour the remaining Béchamel in the bottom of the bowl, add half of the pasta, put cubed ham on top and pour in the remaining pasta. Sprinkle with grated Grana Padano cheese.
  4. Close the lid, set the thermostat dial to position 3, press the bottom heating element button and press the on/off button. Cook for about 10 min. or until browned as desired.


  • Tortiglioni: 300 gr
  • Béchamel sauce: 500 ml
  • Meat ragù: 350 gr
  • Cooked ham: 100 gr
  • Grated cheese: 30 gr
