  1. Clean the potatoes thoroughly, brushing them delicately so as not to remove any peel but removing all traces of earth.
  2. Brush each potato with oil and sprinkle with a handful of salt (this way the potato skin will become crispy).
  3. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  4. Put the potatoes inside the bowl on top of baking paper, close the lid, set the thermostat dial to position 4, press the bottom heating element button and press the on/off button.
  5. Cook for 60 min (the time varies depending on the size of the potatoes so it is best to check them from time to time to see if they are cooked).
  6. When cooking has finished, cut a cross in the top of the potatoes and lightly dig out the inside. Season each potato with a pat of butter, a slice of bacon and a slice of cheese.
  7. Sprinkle with black pepper and bake with the thermostat set to position 4 for another 3 min.
