  1. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  2. Marinate the ribs by putting all of the ingredients in a freezer bag. Massage so the ingredients are evenly distributed over the meat and refrigerate for at least 1 h.
  3. When finished marinating, empty the contents of the bag into the bowl, close the lid, set the thermostat to position 4 and press the on/off button. The bottom heating element must be off. Cook the meat for about 35 min (the time varies depending upon the size of the ribs), turning the ribs 2/3 times during cooking.

  • Sprig of rosemary: 1
