  1. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  2. Peel the bananas and cut them into 2-3 cm pieces.
  3. Dredge first in flour, then in the beaten egg and then in bread crumbs.
  4. Put the oil in the bottom of the bowl and place the breaded bananas on top.
  5. Close the lid, set the thermostat dial to position 4, press the bottom heating element button and press the on/off button
  6. Cook the bananas for 8-10 minutes, turning 2-3 times during cooking for uniform browning.
  7. Serve warm

  • Bread crumbs: to taste
  • Bread flour (00): to taste
  • Salt: to taste
  • Oil: lev 5
