Courgettes with tuna

  1. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  2. Cut the courgettes in half lengthwise and scoop out the flesh with a spoon (set the flesh aside for the stuffing). Put them in the bottom of the bowl.
  3. Put the courgette flesh, drained tuna, pine nuts and grated cheese in a food processor and process until the mixture is thick and uniform.
  4. Stuff the courgettes, close the lid, set the thermostat dial to position 3, press the bottom heating element button and press the on/off button.
  5. Cook for 20 min depending on the size of the courgettes, until they have a golden crust. Let cool before serving.


  • Medium courgettes: 4
  • Tuna packed in oil, drained: 120 gr
  • Grana Padano cheese: 30 gr
  • Pine nuts: 1 teaspoon
  • Salt, pepper: to taste
