  1. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  2. After seasoning the hamburgers with oil, salt and pepper, set them inside the bowl. Close the lid, set the thermostat dial to position 4 and press the on/off button. The bottom heating element must be off.
  3. Cook the hamburgers for 20 mins depending on size, turning them over once or twice during cooking.
  4. At the end, set a slice of cheese on top of each hamburger and cook for 1 min.
  5. Remove the hamburgers from the bowl, dry any liquid that might be on the bottom and heat the buns that have been cut in half for about 1 min.
  6. Start building the cheeseburger. Spread mayonnaise, ketchup or mustard on the bun, add a lettuce leaf, the hamburger with the cheese and then the slices of tomato. Cover with the other half of the bun and serve.
