Caramelised salmon

  1. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  2. Put the sugar and soy sauce in the bowl.
  3. Close the lid, set the thermostat dial to position 4 and press the on/off button. The bottom heating element must be off.
  4. Cook for 5 minutes
  5. In the meantime, wash the fish, dredge in sesame so that it is entirely covered and put it inside the bowl. Add fresh ginger.
  6. Cook for 12 minutes.
  7. Turn the fish and finish cooking for about another 8 minutes.


  • Salmon slices: 2
  • Raw sugar: 60 gg
  • Soy sauce: 4 tbsp
  • Sesame seeds: 50 g
  • Ginger: to taste
