  1. First prepare the ragù (see recipe) and the Béchamel sauce (measurements: 750 gr milk, 75 gr butter, 75 gr flour, nutmeg and salt).
  2. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  3. Put a layer of Béchamel in the bottom of the bowl, then fill the cannelloni with the ragù and set them on the bottom of the bowl. Pour the remaining Béchamel on top and sprinkle with Grana Padano cheese.
  4. Close the lid, set the thermostat dial to position 2, press the bottom heating element button and press the on/off button.
  5. Cook the cannelloni for about 45 min and depending upon the level of browning desired (turn off the bottom heating element after 40 min.)
