  1. Clean the Brussels sprouts removing the outer leaves and the base. Steam for about 20 min.
  2. Insert the paddle in the bowl.
  3. Arrange the bacon and butter in the bottom of the bowl, close the lid, set the thermostat dial to position 3, press the bottom heating element button and press the on/off button. Sauté for 5 min.
  4. Add the sprouts, salt and cook for another 10 min depending on the size of the sprouts.


  • Brussels sprouts: 350 gr
  • Diced bacon: 100 gr
  • Butter: 20 gr
