  1. Beat the chicken breast and dip each side in beaten egg and then in a mixture of grated cheese, parsley and bread crumbs. Press the meat into the mixture so it is completely coated. Refrigerate for at least a half hour.
  2. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  3. Put the oil in the bottom of the bowl, put the chicken on top, close the lid, set the thermostat to position 4, press the bottom heating element button and press the on/off button. Cook for 12 min (if necessary, turn the meat over 3/4 of the way through cooking)
