  1. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  2. Beat the eggs and sugar in an electric mixer until the mixture is nice and frothy. Add the sifted flour, baking powder, yogurt, lemon zest and oil and beat for a few minutes until the mixture is creamy and uniform. Finally add a peeled apple fined cut and mix well.
  3. Butter and flour the bowl and pour the batter in the centre, making sure it is level.
  4. Close the lid, set the thermostat dial to position 2, press the bottom heating element button and press the on/off button. Cook for 35 min.
  5. Allow to cool before serving.

  • Low fat yogurt: 125 gr
  • Packet of baking powder: 1
  • Sunflower oil: 60 gr
  • Lemon zest: 1
