  1. Peel and core the apples, roll out the pastry and cut in quarters to get 4 small rectangles. Put the apples in the centre and fill the hole with jam and some raisins.
  2. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar (optional) and close the edges of the pastry, pressing down so the apple is sealed inside. Brush the surface with milk so they brown during cooking.
  3. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  4. Put the pastries inside the bowl with the baking paper in the bottom, close the lid, set the thermostat dial to position 3, press the bottom heating element button and press the on/off button.
  5. Cook for 30 min or until the desired degree of browning has been reached

  • Apricot jam: 100 gr
  • Raisins: to taste
  • Cinnamon: to taste
  • Sugar: to taste
