  1. Mix the peeled and cubed potatoes in a bowl with the raw sugar, caster sugar and cinnamon.
  2. Insert the paddle in the bowl.
  3. Put the apples in the bowl, add the water, close the lid, set the thermostat dial to position 3, press the bottom heating element button and press the on/off button. Cook for 15 min. depending upon the type of apples used and the size of the pieces.
  4. When finished, spoon the apples into individual serving glasses, cover with whipped cream and sprinkle with chopped hazelnuts.


  • Golden apples: 4
  • Water: 100 ml
  • Raw sugar: 50 gr
  • Sugar : 50 gr
  • Cinnamon: 1/2 tablespoon
  • Whipping cream: 200 ml
  • Chopped hazelnuts: to taste
