Frappè Cappuccino

  1. Place the coffee, cream, sugar and ice into a liquidiser and liquidise at maximum speed for approximately two minutes, then pour the frappè cappuccino into the glass and serve.
  2. The glass of frappè cappuccino can be topped with whipped cream. If you do not have sugar syrup, you can use coffee which has been sweetened with brown sugar.
  3. Whipped cream and caramel syrup or chocolate can also be added.

Mixer, a De’Longhi 14 cm glass.



  • 2 espresso coffees
  • 1 cup of whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup of sugar syrup
  • 1 cup of crushed ice whipped cream (optional)
