Chocolate coffee pudding

  1. Mix the butter and sugar until it becomes a smooth and light
  2. Grate the dark chocolate and add it in, followed by the coffee and cognac
  3. Mix well and pour into a pudding basin which you have previously brushed with some of the cognac
  4. Let sit in the refrigerator for about 3 ½ hours and serve cold.


  • 200 g of butter
  • 200 g of sugar
  • 200 g of dark chocolate
  • 1 full cup of coffee
  • 1 shot of cognac
