  1. On top of each slice of veal put a half slice of speck and a slice of provola. Roll up and secure with a toothpick.
  2. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  3. Pour the oil in the bowl and arrange the roulades on the bottom, sprinkle with salt and pepper, close the lid and press the on/off button.
  4. Cook the roulades for about 20 minutes, turning them over after about 12 minutes.
