  1. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  2. Beat the pork slices and cut the radicchio in pieces. Put the butter and chopped radicchio in the bowl, close the lid, press the on/off button and sauté for 2 min.
  3. Add the previously floured and salted pork slices (right on top of the radicchio) and cook for another 6 min. Turn them over after 3 min.
  4. Remove the slices, place them on a serving plate and cover with the radicchio sauce from the bottom of the bowl.


  • Pork slices: 4
  • Butter: 40 gr
  • Flour : to taste
  • Head of radicchio: 1
  • Salt: to taste
