  1. Insert the paddle in the bowl.
  2. Thinly slice the onions and put them inside the bowl with the water. Close the lid and press the on/off button. Cook for 20 min.
  3. Add the liver cut into pieces and the vinegar, close the lid and cook for another 10 min.
  4. When finished cooking, season with salt and pepper. Excellent paired with polenta


  • Calf's liver: 500 gr
  • White onions: 2
  • Water: 150 gr
  • Vinegar: 2 tablespoon
  • Salt and pepper: to taste
