Courgettes with tuna

  1. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  2. Cut the courgettes in half lengthwise and scoop out the flesh with a spoon (set the flesh aside for the stuffing). Put them in the bottom of the bowl.
  3. Put the courgette flesh, drained tuna, pine nuts and grated cheese in a food processor and process until the mixture is thick and uniform. Fill zucchini shells with the mixture.
  4. Close the lid and press the on/off button.
  5. Cook for 15 min depending on the size of the courgettes, until they have a golden crust. Let cool before serving.


  • Medium courgettes: 4
  • Tuna packed in oil, drained: 120 gr
  • Grana Padano cheese: 30 gr
  • Pine nuts: 1 tablespoon
  • Salt, pepper: to taste
