  1. Mince the onion. Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl. Make rolls 4-5 cm long and put in the refrigerator to chill for at least 1 hour.
  2. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  3. Put the cevapcici in the bottom of the bowl, close the lid and press the on/off button.
  4. Cook the cevapcici (8 at a time) for about 18-20 minutes, turning them halfway through cooking.
  5. Serve with ajvar sauce.


  • Tropea onion: 150gr
  • ground beef: 350gr
  • ground pork: 150gr

  • red paprika: to taste
