  1. Insert the paddle in the bowl.
  2. Shell the scallops, clean them and dry well with paper towels.
  3. Put the butter inside the bowl along with the chopped garlic, close the lid and press the on/off key.
  4. Melt the butter for about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add the scallops, salt and pepper and cook for 10 minutes.
  6. Then add the lemon juice and parsley and cook for another 5 minutes.
  7. Excellent as an antipasto to serve inside the shells
