  1. Clean the Brussels sprouts removing the outer leaves and the base. Steam for about 20 min.
  2. Insert the paddle in the bowl.
  3. Arrange the bacon and butter in the bottom of the bowl, close the lid and press the on/off button. Sauté for 5 min.
  4. Add the sprouts, salt and cook for another 10 min depending on the size of the sprouts.


  • Brussels sprouts: 350 gr
  • Bacon: 100 gr
  • Butter: 20 gr
