  1. Put the egg yolk and Worcester sauce in a bowl and add some flour to thicken.
  2. Cut the meat in pieces, salt lightly and dredge first in the sauce and then in bread crumbs
  3. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  4. Put the oil in the bottom of the bowl, close the lid, set the thermostat dial to position 4, press the bottom heating element button and press the on/off button.
  5. Heat the oil for 1 minute.
  6. Add the pork and cook for 10 minutes, turning the meat about halfway through.


  • Pork tenderloin: 300 gr
  • Egg yolk: 2
  • Worcester sauce: 4 tsp.
  • Salt: to taste
  • Flour: to taste
  • Bread crumbs: to taste
  • Olive oil: lev. 5
