  1. Clean and cut the pineapple in 1 cm slices
  2. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  3. Put the butter inside. Close the lid, set the thermostat dial to position 4, press the bottom heating element button and press the on/off button.
  4. After 2 min. the butter starts to get "bubbly".
  5. Then add the pineapple slices and brown them for 2/3 minutes per side.
  6. Sprinkle with icing sugar and continue cooking for another 5 minutes.
  7. Turn halfway through cooking and continue cooking for another 5 minute.
  8. Serve the caramelised pineapples in plates, decorating each one with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
