Calories:


  1. Mix the flour, sugar and salt, add the yeast, milk and butter. Knead for about 5-10 minutes.
  2. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  3. Close the lid, select the AIRGRILL program, select power level 4, set 2 minutes and press the program start/stop button. Put the dough inside the bowl on top of the greaseproof paper, close the lid and let rest for 120 minutes.
  4. When finished rising, open the lid, make slits in the dough, brush the surface with water and sprinkle with flour.
  5. Close the lid, select the OVEN program, select power level 2, set 40 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  6. Wait until completely cool before slicing.

  • Whole grain flour: 500 gr.
  • Hot water: 200 ml
  • Milk: 100 ml
  • Fresh yeast: 25 gr.
  • Olive oil: 20 ml
  • Salt: 10 gr.
  • Sugar: 10 gr.
