  1. Insert the paddle in the bowl.
  2. Wash all of the vegetables (beets, carrots and potatoes) and cut in 2-3 cm pieces
  3. Put the garlic clove, vegetables in pieces, rosemary and oil in the bowl and add salt and pepper.
  4. Close the lid, select the OVEN function, select power level 3, set 40 min and press the program start/stop button.
