  1. Remove the paddle from the bowl and insert the grill.
  2. Marinate the ribs by putting all of the ingredients in a freezer bag. Massage so the ingredients are evenly distributed over the meat and refrigerate for at least 1 h.
  3. When marinating is complete, remove the contents from the bag and put them on the grill, close the lid, select the GRILL program, set power level 3, set 35 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  4. The cooking time may vary depending on the size of the ribs. Turn the ribs 2/3 times during cooking.


  • Pork ribs: 1 kg
  • honey: 150 gr
  • soy sauce: 3/4 tablespoons
  • sprig of rosemary: 1
  • pepper: to taste
  • salt: to taste
