Method

  1. Clean the fish and cut into rectangles about 8/10 cm x 4 cm. Dredge each slice in flour, then dip in the egg beaten with salt and finally dredge in bread crumbs. When finished, dip again in egg and dredge in bread crumbs once more for a double breading.
  2. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  3. Put the oil inside the bowl, insert the fish, close the lid, select the OVEN program, set power level 3, set 15 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  4. Turn the fish after about 10 mins and finish cooking for the remainder of the set time.
  5. At the end, clean the bowl, insert the paddle and the potatoes.
  6. Close the lid, select the POTATOES program, set power level 3, set 20 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  7. At the end, remove the paddle, put the previously cooked fish on top of the potatoes and reheat it for about 2-3 minutes, still using the POTATOES function.
