  • Coffee beans
  • 100 ml of cold milk
  • Mocha sauce
  • Whipped cream
  • Crushed Amaretti biscuits


  • Thermal Carafe with LatteCrema System


  1. To create the first part of the recipe pour a thin layer of mocha sauce into the glass, then place it directly under the coffee dispenser.
  2. Prepare a single espresso, at the desired level of aroma, directly over the mocha sauce.
  3. Once completed, fill the Thermal Carafe with LatteCrema System with100 ml of cold milk and prepare hot milk foam using the maximum level of froth. Add enough to fill the glass by 2/3.
  4. To complete the recipe add whipped cream to fill the glass and decorate with a handful of crushed Amaretti biscuits.
