De’Longhi Rivelia Pre-Launch Offer Terms and Conditions

If you have purchased a qualifying De’Longhi Coffee Machine (see clause 4 in Terms and Conditions) from the De’Longhi UK website (see clause 5 in Terms and Conditions) between 00:01 a.m. BST on 1 September 2023 and 23:59 p.m. GMT on 31 October 2023 and have signed up to the prelaunch emails, we will send a Free Essentials Gift pack within 14 days of purchase. Please note; Only those who sign up to the email list ahead of launch are applicable for this promotion, and only purchases from the UK De’Longhi website.

De’Longhi Rivelia Pre-Launch Offer Terms and Conditions

1. This offer is open to all UK residents aged 18 years and over, except employees of the promoter and their families and friends, its agents and anyone professionally connected to this Promotion. You must be the owner of the Qualifying Product, have signed up for the pre-launch offer with a valid email, and have purchased within 30 days of launch using the same email address.

2. The offer is limited to 100 units of Rivelia purchased over the period of Promotion, which runs from 00:01 a.m. BST on 01 September 2023 and 23:59 p.m. GMT on 31 October 2023. 3. Claims cannot be made via any retailer or in store.

4. Offer limited to the following list of De’Longhi Coffee Machine (“Qualifying Product(s)”):

5. The product must be purchased direct from the De’Longhi UK website (“Participating Retailer”)

6. No claim is necessary. The gift will be sent to all qualifying purchases in the UK.

7. Purchase must be made within 30 days of product launch date and must be within the first 100 purchases.

8. No responsibility is accepted for applications that are ineligible, incomplete, misdirected or late submissions. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery. Responsibility cannot be accepted for lost, damaged or delayed returns and /or their contents. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for applications not successfully completed due to a technical fault, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind. The Promoter shall not be liable for any delay or failure due to any event beyond our control.

9. If the product is returned no gift will be sent and the gift will be sent to the next qualifying purchase.

10. This offer can be used in conjunction with any other Promotion run by the Promoter in respect of the product. You may not transfer or assign any or all of your rights and obligations under these terms and conditions.

11. This Promotion does not affect your statutory rights.

12. By participating in this Promotion, participants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

13. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice. You can still claim under these terms for any eligible purchase made before the termination date.

14. The Promoters decision is final and binding in all matters.
