Ingredients

  • Ricotta: 500 gr
  • Eggs: 2
  • Kefir: 5 tablespoons
  • Oat bran: 3 tablespoons
  • Zest of half a lemon:
  • lemon juice: 1 tablespoon
  • Baking soda (to remove the vinegar flavour): 1 pinch
  • Vanilla: 1 pinch

Method

  1. Put all of the ingredients in a deep bowl and mix with a blender until the dough is smooth and uniform.
  2. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  3. Cover the bowl with greaseproof paper and pour the ricotta mixture inside. Close the lid, select the CAKE program, select power level 2, set 15 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  4. Remove carefully, cool and cut into portions.
