Ingredients

  • Crumbly buckwheat: 250 g
  • Water: 750 ml
  • Salt: 0.5 teaspoons
  • Vegetable oil: level 4

Method

  1. Wash the buckwheat
  2. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  3. Put the buckwheat in the bowl then season with salt and add the oil. Select the STEW/RICE function, select power level 4, set 25 minutes and press the program start/stop button. Sauté the buckwheat for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally with a wooden spoon.
  4. Add the water, close the lid and cook until the end of the set time.
