  1. Insert the paddle in the bowl.
  2. Chop the carrot and onion and put in the bowl along with the rosemary, add the oil, close the lid, set the thermostat dial to position 4, press the bottom heating element button and press the on/off button. Sauté for 4 min.
  3. Add the beans that have been drained and rinsed and cook for another 3 min.
  4. Add the tomato sauce, 1/2 glass of water, salt and pepper and continue cooking for another 13 min.

  • Canned borlotti beans: 500 gr
  • Tinned chopped tomatoes: 300 gr
  • Carrot: 1/2
  • Shallot: 1
  • Sprig of rosemary: 1/2
  • Salt and pepper: to taste
  • Olive oil: lev. 4
