Diced turkey with ginger, apples and vegetables

  1. Insert the paddle in the bowl.
  2. Cut the meat and vegetables in small pieces
  3. Put the sliced oil and onion in the bottom of the bowl, close the lid, set the thermostat dial to position 4, press the bottom heating element button and press the on/off button.
  4. Cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Add the carrots, celery, potatoes and stock and cook for another 15 min.
  6. Add the turkey that has been dredged in flour, salt and pepper and cook for another 15 minutes (add water if necessary).
  7. Add the chopped apples and ginger and finish cooking for another 5 minutes.


  • Turkey loin: 600 gr
  • Carrots: 150 gr
  • Celery: 100 gr
  • Onion: 50 g
  • Potatoes: 200 gr
  • Ginger: to taste
  • Flour: to taste
  • Stock: 200 ml
  • Olive oil: lev. 4
  • Salt: to taste
  • Black pepper: to taste
  • Apple: 1
