  1. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  2. Put the cod in the centre. Add the halved cherry tomatoes, olives, diced potatoes, garlic clove, oil and salt.
  3. Close the lid, set the thermostat dial to position 3, press the bottom heating element button and press the on/off button.
  4. Cook for 25 minutes and then stir the vegetables with a spoon so they cook evenly.
  5. Cook for another 15 min. The cooking time varies according to how large the potato pieces are.


  • Cod fillet: 400 gr
  • Cherry tomatoes: 250 g
  • Diced potatoes: 350 gr
  • Taggiasca olives: 100 gr
  • Salt: to taste
  • Garlic: 1 clove
  • Olive oil: lev 3
