  1. Boil the cauliflower separately. In the meantime prepare 1/2 litre of Béchamel sauce (measurements: 500 ml milk, 50 gr flour, 50 gr butter, salt and nutmeg).
  2. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  3. Put some Béchamel sauce in the bottom of the bowl, spread the cauliflower florets in the bowl, lay the cheese slices over the top and cover with Béchamel. Sprinkle with Grana Padano cheese.
  4. Close the lid, set the thermostat dial to position 3, press the bottom heating element button and press the on/off button. Cook for 20 min. or depending upon the degree of browning desired.

  • Previously boiled: 800 gr
  • Sliced melting cheese: 4 slices
  • Béchamel sauce: 1/2 litre
  • Grana Padano cheese: to taste
