A version of cascara tea, made with muddled cherries, lemon and orange peel.


  • 40ml Italian Espresso*
  • Cascara Tea (Cherry Tea - recipe below) 15ml 
  • Sugar Syrup (to taste) 
Cherry Tea Recipe: 
  • 3 Cherries (normally made with dried cherries) 
  • 1 Lemon Peel 
  • 1 Orange Peel 

*For this cocktail Union Roasted Recommends: Brumas (Costa Rica) Coffee Beans


  • Steep cherries, lemon peel and orange peel in 100ml water for 10 minutes on a low simmer and allow to cool.
  • Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into glass.

Glass: Rocks

Ice: Single large cube

Garnish: Slice of orange
