  1. Insert paddle in bowl.
  2. Chop celery, carrot and onion into small pieces. Arrange chopped celery, carrot and onions on the bottom of bowl; add oil.
  3. Close lid, set machine to position 4, press the bottom heating element button and press the on/off button. Sauté for 5 min.
  4. Add the ground beef and cook for 30 minutes, stirring 2-3 times to break up any large pieces of meat.
  5. Add salt, pepper, tomato sauce and peas and cook for another 5 minutes.
  6. Remove paddle (be careful it is hot) and spread the meat with sauce evenly using a spoon. Spread prepared potatoes over the meat mixture.
  7. Close lid, set machine to position 3 and bake for another 10-15 minutes.
  8. Allow to rest for ten minutes before serving.
