  1. Insert the paddle into the Multifry bowl. Add the asparagus, broth, salt, and pepper. Close the lid. Set the power level to position 4. Press the bottom heating element button and press the on/off button.
  2. Cook for 10 minutes. Remove the paddle. Add the cheese, bread crumbs and oil, mix well and spread evenly in the bowl. Cook until browned, about 5 minutes longer.


  • asparagus, trimmed and cut into 3-inch pieces: 1 lb,
  • chicken broth: 1/4 cup
  • salt: 1/4 tsp.
  • pepper: 1/4 tsp.
  • grated Grana Padano or Parmesan cheese: 2 Tbs.
  • seasoned bread crumbs: 2 Tbs.
  • olive oil: level 5
