  1. Remove paddle from bowl.
  2. Cut the meats and vegetables into 1-inch cubes. Skewer chicken and half the vegetables on 3 skewers and beef and the other half of vegetables on 3 other skewers, alternating the meat and vegetables. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Put the kebabs directly on the bottom of the bowl, close the lid, set the power level to position 4 and push the on/off button.
  4. Cook the kebabs for about 12 to 15 minutes or until desired doneness, turning halfway through cooking.
  5. (Time may vary depending on the size of your chicken and meat pieces.)


  • beef sirloin or favorite cut of steak: 12 oz
  • chicken: 6 oz
  • zucchini: 1
  • red pepper: 1
  • 6-inch bamboo skewers: 6
  • salt, pepper: to taste
