  1. Remove the paddle from the Multifry bowl.
  2. Place the flour in a large zip-close food storage bag. Whisk the eggs in a medium bowl until blended. Place the bread crumbs in another zip-close food storage bag. Add the bananas, a few pieces at a time, into the flour.
  3. and shake until lightly coated. Dip, a few pieces at a time, into the egg, then into the bread crumbs, shaking the bag until the bananas are well coated.
  4. Add the oil to the Multifry bowl. Close the lid, set the power level dial to positio 4. Press the bottom heating element butter and press the on/off button.
  5. Heat the oil for 2 min. Add the bananas and cook, turning occasonally, until the bananas are tender and golden brown, about 8 minutes. Serve warm
