  1. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  2. Peel and core apples and cut in thin slices. Pour apples in a large prep bowl and add raisins.
  3. Add the cinnamon, sugar and walnuts, and raisins mix together gently and let rest.
  4. In the meantime, slice 9 1/2 by 9 1/2-inch puff pastry sheet in half and slightly roll the puff pastry out on piece of parchment. Spread apple mixture on the bottom half of one piece of prepared pastry, leaving half an inch on the bottom. Fold over the top half and use a fork to seal the edges. Repeat with the other half of the prepared pastry.
  5. Place a 10-inch round parchment in the bowl. Put the two pastries into bowl. Close lid, set power level to position 3, press bottom heating element button and press the on/off button. Bake for 25 minutes or until lightly browned
  6. While pastries are cooking, stir together confectioners sugar and milk. When pastries are done cooking, drizzle sugar mixture on top, slice and serve warm.


  • apples: 2
  • ground cinnamon: 1/2 tsp
  • sugar: 2 tbsp
  • walnuts: 1/4 cup
  • raisins: 1/2 cup
  • puff pastry sheet: about 9 oz
  • confectioners sugar: 2 tbsp
  • whole milk: 1 tsp
