  1. Remove paddle from bowl.
  2. Season beef with salt and pepper and divide into four 5 oz burger patties. Place the burger patties inside bowl. Close lid, turn bottom heating element on, set power level to position 4 and press on/off button.
  3. Cook the hamburgers for about 15 minutes depending on how well cooked you like the burger, turning them over once halfway during cooking.
  4. At the end, set a slice of cheese on top of each hamburger, turn off bottom heating element and cook for 1 minute or until melted.
  5. Start building the cheeseburger. Spread mayonnaise, ketchup or mustard on the bun, add a lettuce leaf, hamburger with cheese and then slices of tomato. Cover with other half of bun and serve.


  • ground beef: 20 oz
  • salt: to taste
  • pepper: to taste
  • slice of favorite cheese: 4 each
