  • Yukon Gold potatoes: 2 1/2 pounds
  • peanut oil: lev 4

  1. Cut the potatoes lengthwise into 1/2-inch sticks.
  2. Place the paddle into the Multyfry bowl.
  3. Add the potatoes and oil.
  4. Close the lid, set the thermostat dial to position 4, press the bottom heating element button and press the on/off button.
  5. Cook until the potatoes are tender and browned, about 40 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle the potatoes with the salt while still hot and serve at once.
