Chicken Breast with Lemon and Thyme

  • chicken cutlets: 1 lb
  • honey: 2 tsp
  • olive oil: Level 3
  • garlic clove: 1
  • fresh thyme: 4 sprigs
  • salt: to taste
  • pepper: to taste



  1. Grate lemon zest and juice lemon. Place chicken in resealable bag. Add lemon zest, juice, honey, olive oil, garlic and thyme. Seal bag, massaage and place in refrigerator for 10 minutes to marinate.
  2. When ready to cook, remove paddle from bowl.
  3. Put chicken in bowl and discard marinade. Close lid, set machine to position 4, press bottom heating element and press on/off button.
  4. Cook for about 12-15 minutes or until chicken is cooked, turning chicken over at 8 minutes. Serve with a big green salad.
