  • Tzatziki Sauce:
  • Plain Greek yogurt: 1/2 cup
  • English cucumber, grated and dried: 1/4
  • Fresh dill, chopped: 2 tbsp
  • Zest of lemon: 1
  • Lemon juice: 1 tsp
  • Garlic clove, minced: 1
  • salt: 1/4 tsp
  • Sliders:
  • Ground turkey: 1lb
  • Crumbled feta cheese: 1/4 cup
  • Pitted Kalamata olives, finely shopped: 1/4 cup
  • Fresh dill, chopped: 3 tbsp
  • Slider buns: 8
  • English Cucumber, thinly sliced: 1/2
  • Red onion, thinly sliced: 1/2 small

  1. To make the Tzatziki, Combine the yogurt, cucumber, dill, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic, and salt in a small bowl. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
  2. Insert the grill plate to the lower position. Turn the Turn the temperature on the lower grill plate to 450ºF. Insert the griddle plate to the upper position and set to 400 ºF to preheat the grill.
  3. To make the sliders, combine turkey, feta, olive, scallions, and dill in a large bowl. With damp hands, shape turkey mixture into 8 (3-inch round) patties. Spray the grill plate with nonstick spray. Place the sliders on the grill plate and cook, turning occasionally until an instant-read thermometer reads 160ºF, 6 – 7 minutes per side. On the upper plate, place the slider buns on the griddle plate to lightly toast, about 3-4 minutes or until desired darkness.
  4. Place a slider on each bun half; top evenly with the cucumber, onion, and Tzatziki. Cover with bun tops.
