  • Chicken breast: 750 gr
  • White yoghurt: 125 g
  • Mustard: 50 g
  • Shallots or onions: 2
  • Olive oil: lev. 5
  • Salt: to taste
  • Pepper: to taste

  1. Insert the paddle in the bowl.
  2. Put the oil and chopped shallots or onions in the bowl. Close the lid, select the STEW/RICE program, set power level 4, set 25 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  3. Sauté for 3 minutes
  4. Add the pieces of chicken, salt and pepper and cook for another 15 minutes.
  5. Add the mustard and yoghurt and finish cooking, lowering the power level if it starts to get too dry.
