Ingredients

  • Medium potatoes: 3
  • Carrots: 1
  • Cauliflower: 250 g
  • Onion: 1
  • Frozen peas: 100 g
  • Chives: 5 stalks
  • Salt: to taste
  • pepper: to taste
  • Vegetable oil: lev 3
  • Red Pepper: half

Method

  1. Mince the onion, cut the potatoes in cubes, the carrots in round slices, the peppers in cubes and the cauliflower in florets.
  2. Insert the paddle in the bowl.
  3. Put the oil in the bowl then add the onion and carrot. Close the lid, select the POT function, select power level 3, set 55 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  4. After 15 minutes add the potatoes, peppers, cauliflower and water, salt and pepper. Increase the power level to 4 to boil the soup.
  5. Add the peas 10 minutes before cooking is complete
  6. Serve with finely chopped chives
