Ingredients

  • veal slices: 12
  • speck slices: 6
  • provola slices: 12
  • sunflower oil: lev 5
  • salt: to taste
  • pepper: to taste

Method

  1. On top of each slice of veal put a half slice of speck and a slice of scamorza. Roll up and secure with a toothpick.
  2. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  3. Put the oil inside the bowl and arrange the roulades in the bottom of the bowl, close the lid, select the OVEN program, set power level 3, set 15 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  4. Cook the roulades, turning them over after about 8-9 minutes.
